risingSUD has been selected to implement the European project BE-READI ALPS that aims to support companies in their cross-border innovation projects. The list of partners working on the project was announced in October 2019 and it includes 14 other organizations from the Alps territory, including French, Italian, German, Slovenian, and Austrian organizations.
The objective of the BE-READI ALPS project is to develop and test initiatives that encourage SMEs based in the Alps to take advantage of strategic partnerships in the five partner countries to create and implement innovative projects.
BE-READI ALPS is organized around three main elements:
– the development of a pilot project with 500 SMEs to help them structure their innovation projects by fostering strategic partnerships between companies and solution providers to help meet technological challenges;
– the creation of a network of partners based at 25 certified contact points for the program (BE-READI points) that will provide support for companies;
– the cooperation between key stakeholders in the Alps territory to achieve common goals and objectives.
For the Sud region, the BE-READI ALPS project is operated by risingSUD and French Tech Grande Provence.
This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region as part of the Interreg Alpine Space program.
* The partners are located in the three French regions in the Alps territory (Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Grand Est), Bavaria (Germany), the Italian regions in the Alps territory (the Northern Italian areas that include Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardy), Slovenia, and Austria.
Duration of the program: October 2019 – June 2022
