risingSUD and the local network of employment and training organizations are providing a unique array of HR support services to six companies in the Sud region through “Offre Sud Privilège.” This pilot program offers one full year of customized support to high-potential companies in the community.
The program has a dedicated team consisting of one dedicated contact from risingSUD, one legal/HR expert, one business coach, and consultants from the APEC and Pôle Emploi employment offices.
Four powerful business tools can be mobilized depending on the needs and expectations of companies:
– “I know my business environment”: HR seminars and events, salary scales, training offers, corporate social responsibility, etc.;
-“I optimize my recruitment”: Support in all phases of the employee recruitment process;
– “I make myself known”: Enhanced employer brand and visibility, a custom video produced for each company promoting its values, its recruitment policies, etc.;
– “I welcome my international collaborators”: Fast Track Visa program.
There is also an HR hotline that provides connections to professional networks and employment experts. Meanwhile, the latest HR news and important regulatory information are provided with webinars, newsletters, etc.
As well, different seminars are offered to HR directors and HR managers in order to share ideas and perspectives on human resources issues such as crisis management or rapid company expansion. The objective is to identify the perfect solution for each company’s needs with the insight and support of a pair of HR experts (one lawyer and one coach).
After the success of the first edition of the “HR Morning” webinar on April 29th and the enthusiasm of the participating companies, this format of peer-to-peer exchanges and HR expertise will be adapted and offered to a larger number of companies. Stay tuned if you would like to participate!
