Akidaia wins a prestigious CES 2024 Innovation Award

On Wednesday 15 November, just a handful of weeks before the 56th edition of the CES Las Vegas 2024 tech event, the Consumer Technology Association presented its coveted annual awards to the most cutting-edge companies that will be showcasing their innovations to the international media and global tech professionals in Las Vegas from 9 to 12 January 2024.

Akidaia, a start-up based in Nice that specializes in managing access control for digital interfaces using offline identification procedures, has won a highly regarded CES 2024 Innovation Award in the "Cybersecurity & Personal Privacy" category. It was one of the only French companies to be honored at this year's edition of the awards.

For the seventh year in a row, the Sud - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, risingSUD, the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis, the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, and the Toulon Provence Méditerranéee Metropolis are accompanying regional start-ups to Las Vegas as they present their innovations and services on the world's largest stage for new technology. This year, 16 start-ups are participating in the mission.

On 28 November 2023, the list of start-ups travelling to Los Vegas was presented at a kick-off event organized at the regional headquarters.
