26 July 2023Officially launched on May 3, 2023 by Renaud MUSELIER, the president of the Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region and Deputy President of Régions de France, Christophe MIRMAND, Prefect of the Sud Region, and presented by Audrey BRUN RABUEL, the CEO of risingSUD, the platform for promoting regional real estate and industrial land is proving a real success, with the number of turnkey offers steadily growing.
Led by risingSUD, the real estate platform is significantly increasing the visibility of premium industrial and business sites in the South of France and will help accelerate the establishment or relocation of companies operating in the region's strategic sectors.
The key goals of the platform are:
- to facilitate the establishment of companies in the region
- to consolidate regional value chains
- to meet the needs of companies and foster business partnerships
In just a few clicks, French or international companies can navigate the platform and access a list of turnkey sites or sites available within the next two years in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. If companies are interested in a site, the risingSUD teams can then be quickly contacted for customized support, in liaison with partners and the property owners.
There are currently close to 30 sites listed on the platform and the number is growing each week.
