Business and industrial real estate across the region

In 2025, risingSUD will continue to provide comprehensive support for industrial companies, businesses, and entrepreneurs in their search for the perfect property or real estate to make their project a success. The key goals of the agency’s real estate strategy are:

    • to accelerate the identification and promotion of land and property that could help the growth of the region’s businesses and companies;
    • to support the opening up of more properties for business development;
    • to contribute to the optimization of tools and resources aimed at identifying, classifying, and securing appropriate authorizations for industrial and business properties;
    • to reinforce regional reindustrialization goals by connecting property supply with demand according to the needs of local industries.

 

To meet these ambitions, risingSUD has drawn up a detailed roadmap with an action plan designed to:

    • strengthen the networks deployed by the agency (network of EPCI inter-communal real estate administrators, network of real estate professionals and major landowners in the region) to identify new sources of supply;
    • promote prime sites and locations on the regional business real estate development platform and on the national France Foncier+ portal to increase the visibility of regional properties and accelerate the establishment or relocation of strategic companies;
    • support public and private property owners to help them define the positioning of their site based on the needs of local companies and the market opportunities offered by the OIR strategic sector program;
    • identify activities that are relevant to a given site and draw up a customized prospection plan (trade shows, international trade delegations, etc.) to attract companies or industries to the property.

 

To date, 45 real estate listings have been published on the regional economic land development platformand six real estate and property engineering projects have been carried out in the region. risingSUD aims to maintain and enhance this positive momentum.
