To rent a property, you'll need to put together a dossier to present your situation and prove you have the financial means to pay the rent. If your application is accepted, you will sign a rental contract (lease) which includes information on the parties involved, the accommodation (surface area, description, etc.), the rent, and the security deposit to be paid.
